Don’t buy this product. Product have Auto ignition which run by D size battery and there is wire below the Burner which is burn any time during cooking and due to heat the D size battery may chance to blast and you suffer with serious injuries.

Amazon team need to give full specification to customer, because of incomplete information customer suffer and they don’t have return the product option which is totally not acceptable.
Buy this type of product from Local stores because they have product replacement option as per our requirement which Amazon don’t have.
I called customer care to replace the product but they refuse to replace the product. In future if due to D size battery blast my family member injured the whole responsibility of Amazon team only because I request Amazon team to replace my product and give me manual ignition gas stove but they refuse and force me to use the Auto ignition stove.
Big Disappointment from Amazon Team.

Bought 4 burner cook stop. No one came for demo even after request and calls. Got it done by myself paying outside technicians extra.
Burners are not working properly, it gets high flame due to which it looks like accidental jn usage. Since day 1 of buying it, has been calling Customer care of elica. Request is raised and gets closed. No update, no technician visit, just wasting my time in giving same process and response. Worst ever. Never going to buy Elica products again. And will tell the same to my family friends to never buy it.

3 burner Stove looks good and the support from the Elica team is nice as they contact you once delivered to ensure product is intact. Of course you have to pay for the installation but it is needed to get done by a proper technician.
