Powerful Chimney & Good Technician – Just Wish Installation Was Easier
The chimney looks nice and works well. Suction is strong and motion sensor is smooth.
The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He completed the installation neatly and handled things with care.
But few things to note:
• Installation cost is a bit high.
• Company didn’t provide the exhaust pipe – we had to buy it separately.
For this price, Elica should include basic parts like pipe and make installation more affordable. Product is good overall, but company should improve after-sales service.
