There is nothing to regret when you purchase this chimney from Elica. Mechanically very easy and hassle less operation. Very less noise even running at maximum speed. Post purchase concern from the company is very good. Very good looking and rationally priced. It performs very well.

Purchased this chimney on April 2019 and after three months its one led bulb stopped working, when i contacted to Elica they asked me to pay the price of LED, as its not covered in the warranty. Their service centre team called me and asked for Rs. 500 for 1.5 led bulb. Suggesting everyone don’t buy this product and it is not covering basic items under the warranty and it is very hard to clean it’s after using one week. making lots of noise while using on maximum speed.
Registering a consumer case against Elica for not providing warranty on the bulb and charging me Rs. 500 for 1.5 led bulb that is available in Rs. 80 in open market.
