    Stove is highly effective with a high burn rate and high flame but accessories provided are of very low quality. They already have rust and paint is worn out. You can’t even replace as original packaging has been opened.

    I was looking for new 4 burner gas stove and chanced upon Elica. Great product both in terms of look and performance!! The installation was also very smoothly with immediate call after delivery. Mr. Rakesh from Disha Services reached out and made sure we had no issues or lag. Thanks to him and his team, we were able to start our kitchen almost without any downtime. Ours was a case of house moving and Rakesh understood the situation very well. Highly recommend the product & Disha Services for the installation/after sales.

    This product was packed nicely, delivery was done good, happy with product without any issues writing the review after 3 months of use. One design modification could have been if the steel lids (do not know the technical name of the part) below the burner could have another steel cover like other brands, this helps in cleaning spilled product more effectively. The overall quality is nice as the Elica brand stands for it. This is my third Elica gas stove in different houses (different models ofcourse). This model was purchased as a cheapest temporary option but I’ll keep it for a longer time.

    This is by far the worst purchase experience ever. The first stove I received was damaged for which I requested a replacement. That replacement never arrived and was marked as delivered by the Amazon delivery personnel.

    I have enough Amazon order in my account to know that if an item is ordered for a replacement the person who delivers the replacement product takes back the original item. The fact that I still have the original and the fact that Amazon is not providing any details/proof of the delivery conducted certainly means that they are lying.

    After going through their customer care I explained them that I never received the replacement product and that now I wanted a simple refund. They said fine, we will arrange a pick up by Mar 3rd. On Mar 3rd the pickup didn’t go through. I again went back to customer care, they explained that in very rare occasions when there are less pickups to conduct, the delivery guys postpone it, and so it will be picked up within the next 48 hrs.

    My dad did receive a call confirming the pickup. So we thought great, amazon is on it the issue. The 48 hrs passed and as usual, no one bothered to pickup the stove. I gave it another 24hrs just to be a decent customer.

    So on Mar 7th, I went back to customer care and for 4-6 hrs I explained them the situation. I told them clearly you do not want the defective stove back because its been 7 days, so please kindly process my refund, so that I can buy a non-defective stove offline. They deflected as usual, and arranged a pickup for Mar 8th. I told them, fine pickup the item whenever you like (or do not pickup, I don’t care) just start processing my refund. So they mentioned , ohh, you want an advance refund. I said I don’t care what its called I want my money now simple. That conversation went nowhere.

    After getting disconnected multiple times, there came one customer care rep who did not answer the questions I asked and somehow directed me that the fastest way to resolve this is to launch an investigation into the replacement item that I never received. I repeatedly mentioned to her this is not what I care for, I only care for my refund. She insisted that this is the correct process, so I asked why wasn’t this done in the first place when I contacted the customer care the first time? Absolutely no response given to that.

    Eventually I gave in and asked her to go ahead with that investigation. After doing that, they said now the investigation is in place for the missing item and so they cannot discuss this issue further and to contact them back on Mar 13th and simply disconnected. I again tried too many times, but they gave the same response and denied talking about the issue. This means they did not provide accurate information of what the next steps would look like and stop responding all together.

    I though fine let them investigate. On Mar 8th, I get a notification from Amazon that my pickup is scheduled for Mar 8th. I was surprised yet accepted that okay the dreaded stove will may be picked up. But, guess what? No one came, again.

    Ohh, did I mentioned that in-between all this I actually enquired about what is the compensation they are offering for the agony they are putting me through and the answer was like and I’m reading between the polished PR lines ‘what agony, what compensation, this is an everyday thing for us. people like you are dime a dozen.’ I maybe exaggerating slightly, but you get the point.

    And I am so I took it to the social media, where they came back with a quicker response. But, were still parroting the same thing. Slightly different though, there, they are asking for 3 days.

    Its like they are holding my money ransom for their incompetence and lack of work ethic.
