Buona l’aspirazione, discreto il “lavaggio” pavimenti (un panno statico).

La note dolenti il serbatoio scarso (meno di 80m2 per l’acqua), la batteria (al massimo della potenza non arriva a 70m² e si ferme prima di rientrare in ricarica), ma SOPRATTUTTO la scarsa durevolezza: dopo due mesi la prima crepa nel serbatoio (riparata artigianalmente), dopo il 3o mese la perdita della pompa.
Una delusione continua.
Al 4 mese di utilizzo ho deciso di usarlo solo come aspirapolvere (comunque meno efficiente di un Folletto o altro).

It’s just one week since I got this product. It meets my expectations in terms of performance. I don’t know about product support as there has been no need so far. Allow it free (without any obstruction) to do its mapping which is critical, and define ‘no go zone’ clearly though anti drop sensors work quite well.

Eufy, our new robots name in our house, is wonderful. Why?

Worked out the box by following the very simple easy to read ‘quick guide’ ….. in essence you plug in the base station against a wall in a clear space , take out two foam packing plugs, remove the sticker over the on/off switch, put batteries in the remote and off he goes.
Eufy needs 2m straight ahead of him, and 1m to the side of the base station. But I can only get 1m on one side and about 500mm on the other with 2m in front and he finds his way back to bed without any problem.

Modes seem sensible and work well, as does the WiFi, phone App, and remote. All basically plug and play and I am 53 yr old techphobe. It was easy, and done in a few mins, and he was cleaning our floor.
The collection box needs to be emptied regularly, for us this is every day with three teenagers, three cats two dogs and a lively outdoor life. Teenagers and dogs soon ignored our new robot, but our cats are still wary and staying out of its way.
Suction and cleaning power. We swept the floor just before Eufy arrived, and he came three weeks early, so we did not have a dirty floor….. he effectively was tried out on a visually clean floor…. how wrong we were.
If I knew how to add a photo you would be amazed as were we. The volume of dog and cat hair and fine dust was amazing after just the fun of trying out the different functions. After the 1am full clean the collection box was FULL! Even after a sweep and 30mins clean while testing Eufy out.
The edge function is good, as are all the functions. On standard setting Eufy is quiet, really quiet, not as noisy as our dishwasher and much quieter than our washing machine. The noise does not really change when put on the middle vacuum setting; on the Max setting noise is about same as our new Shark vacuum, which is quiet for a vacuum….. it is quiet.
Do not leave this review thinking of the single problem I found this morning. I set Eufy off on the 30min quick clean setting while I made coffee, just to see how much more dirt he could find. He didn’t appear for a while, so I looked behind our kitchen counter and he was stuck (Mating) on our bar stool, which has a wide sloping base and single post holding the seat. It seems if he comes at the post straight on he can’t get away, just keeps bumping into the post at top of wide ramped base. If he clips the base he just powers on over (as he does with edges of the rug, door strip etc…. Eufy takes the rough with the smooth no problem). With ALL other furniture, even the sleeping dog, Eufy just finds a way around.
I have not used the customer support yet but If they are as good as Eufy is they will be great. If you are looking for a RoboVac, this one works out if the box and you don’t need a computer degree to get him off and sucking!!!

Update – a couple of weeks in, and Eufy has just become part of our life. Floors are clean, just clean all the time. Even the large rug by the back door that used to be covered in god hair at end of each day, and hard to clean. Now it’s just clean.
The lack of dog and cat hair on the floor means SO much less on our cloths. We get about half a box of hair and dirt each morning now, and floor is clean clean clean. I put chairs up before bed so Eufy has a more clear run, but if I forget, it’s still clean in the morning.
This robo-vac simply works as it says straight out of the box. If you want one get this one.

The product description is delusional. Very disappointed with the purchase.
I purchased model T2212 and it does not have mapping function in the app. It just runs in the entire house by its own will. Robot does not vacuum/mop entire house, leaves some area unattended. You have to manually send the robot to its charging station through app. Even after clicking ‘return to home’ it does not return to home. Robot fails to find the charging station. I had to put the robot near (8-10 cm) charging station, then only it is able to return to charging station.
Its been 2 weeks since I purchased the robot, and it is not taking water from the tank while mopping.
I wish if I could return this and order T2268 or T2278 model.
T2212 is useless.

Update, May 15, 2024: Today the new battery lasted 100 minutes.
Update, May 8, 2024: I sent an email to the manufacturer explaining the battery situation and they sent me a new battery under warranty.
Very poor manual because of very small illustrations which are not the same as on the robot, plus does not explain how to delete a setting. A fairly good robot though, cleans well but tends to remain in larger rooms, it starts in the living room of 1,500 sq.’ apartment, manages to find the bedroom, but once it exits the bedroom it does not go back to finish the bedroom and washroom. My fix for this is to put it in the bedroom and close the door and let it run until it finishes the bedroom, then take it to the living room. It does not clean near the charging station. Very quiet, bumps very gently. When it is working beside you, you can still hold a conversation.
It is very easy to clean the waste bin, roller, wheels and filter. I clean it and wipe off the machine each time I use it, which is twice a month. I find this vacuum very easy to use and clean. It usually runs for about 1.5 hours, then recharges.
For $200.00 Canadian it is an okay value. It does not have the headaches and problems associated with programming using cell phones. I understand why manufacturers went that route, but it isn’t good.
TIPS: do one room at a time. The reason is that the robot learns the room and wastes less time learning multiple rooms. Give it plenty of time to fully recharge between uses. CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT after each use – remember to do the wheels, they pop out so easily.

Suction power is very good, cleaning is also ok but not so good with single sweeper brush ,but this model has very few operational flexibility options.
[...]When WiFi fails, this unit is dead. No manual mode cleaning. Manually this unit can not be driven from one location to another location. You have to literally lift it with hands like baby and place in another room. This defeats the basic Robotic purpose.
Also, movement is very slow.
Overall, after using prrevious models Robovac 11S, this G50 Hybrid has been very much disappointing and hence returned.
