Bought the twin pack1 month back one stopped working within 15 days exactly 5 days after replacement policy ended, then used the other one, that also worked for 10 days and stopped working now. Not sure how to claim warranty. Never expected Eureka Forbes product will work in such a pathetic condition. Now I am neither in a position to replace nor unable to use.

We are using the cartridge for a long time now and from the same seller.

The life of the cartridge is less and need replacing now and then but that’s how it works.
