   Excellent product it fits perfectly in DDR3 Ram slot. It does not heat that much. The package was sealed as well, insuring that it was real. It boosts the laptops performance aswell, if you’re upgrade for 2 gb then you will notice the difference.

   I am deeply disappointed with my recent purchase of the EVM 8GB DDR3 RAM from Amazon. Regrettably, the product I received is faulty and has caused significant inconvenience.

   Upon receiving the RAM, I promptly installed it in my PC to upgrade from 8GB to 16GB. However, much to my dismay, the new RAM failed to register on my system. I took screenshots of the issue and immediately contacted Amazon’s technical support team for assistance.

   Following their guidance, I diligently followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps. To my frustration, even after thorough troubleshooting, the technical team concluded that the RAM delivered to me is indeed a faulty product. They assured me of a quick resolution by promising to share a replacement page link via my registered mobile number.

   Despite their assurances, it has now been four days, and I am yet to receive the promised link for a replacement. This delay has not only prolonged my computer upgrade but has left me without a resolution to the issue. It is disheartening to note that there is no alternative provision for returning or replacing the defective product.

   I believe it is crucial for Amazon to address issues like these promptly to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder to improve the quality control processes to prevent other users from facing similar inconveniences.
