Till today no one is coming for installation. I spoke to the brand customer care many times but i am getting only one reply we have forwarded your message to the concerned department. I did a mistake in buying dish washer from faber. Now if no one comes for installation i have no option but to take legal action

We brought this product few months back and so far its working super awesome without any trouble…
I just want to make a Note for the firsttime buyers… This kind of products are not suitable for Indian kind of cooking splly oiled.
Mostly its been used when ur maid is on vaccation or having too many guests… We do not recommened for day in day out use. However its individual choice.
Imp thing to note only steal n glass items are washable and not even coated one….need to be cautious.
The biggest con from my view, arranging items so that max space can be used, and this would be the biggest task n sometimes time consuming.
I brought this product reading all the reviews so i didnt mentioned it again atall.
For family of 3-4 ppl can think of having this. But again my personal opinion this is useful for occational purpose.

Owing to some confusion regarding installation location the installation and demo got slightly delayed but once Faber folks got to it then the installation was flawless. I had anticipated the need for extending the outlet and inlet pipes as I had to do some creative thinking around it. The installation engineer cooperated and I was given a comprehensive demo. I got this product a couple of days back. Was a little sceptical about customer services based on the feedback. But was pleasantly surprised. Faber CC called as soon as the Amazon status showed out for delivery. The demo engineer came the next day by which time I got the plumbing needs done.
Pros
Great and sturdy interiors. The baskets are pretty strong and sturdy, seems better than its competitor.
Quite roomy for a lil machine. Requires very minimal detergent. But the cleaning is not perfect in the 30 mt and 90 mt programs. I guess its due to the detergent.nI plan to try out the VIM tablets.
The noise level is a boon You can have a peaceful call even when the machine is running. Works silently but lets you know its doing its job occassionally.
Uses very little water. Pretty easy to use. Once you get the hang of arranging the dirty dishes optimally, kitchenwork is a breeze. You can get back to your workstation (WFH) in10 -15 mts flat post lunch and come back to sparkling clean, germ free dishes.
Cons:
The detergent dispenser seems pretty loose and snaps open at times spilling the det. powder. The demo engineer said thats how the machine is made. He however took pics and said he will revert. He also called back to check. But my problem remains. I have approached customer care and they promised to fix it.
For such a lovely machine the dispenser unit could have been better.
Otherwise, the machine is pretty good and quite sturdy.
I will update my review after some time.
Here is the update..
Vim tablets worked like a charm. I used half a tablet for a 90 Mt wash, which is what I often use. I use the top rack optimally and manage quite a huge amount of dishes. Even my aluminium Kadai became a chammak challo in the short wash cycle. I did change my pressure cooker, kadhai and saucepan to high grade stainless steel. Now I don’t need to pre rinse also. Just make sure large pieces of food particles are removed.
Excellent product. Efficiency is as good as any of the top line Intl brands. We tend not to use most of the features in high end machines. So happy I didn’t pay for useless features. This one does your dishes neat and clean, better than manual wash. Dishes come out squeaky clean and dry. Very 😊

I have been using it for nearly a month now. It’s very good and worth every penny spent. A big relief from the kit-pit of domestic helps, anxiety waiting and so good for my health.
