The service providers were very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the installation process smooth.
However, one drawback I noticed is that the installation pipe is not included with the product. It would be much more convenient if Faber provided the necessary pipe along with the chimney itself, as it is essential for proper installation.
