I will not even attempt to give any star to Faber chimney as they are completely dysfunctional.
In Feb 2021 , i bought the faber chimney with direct motor, for a year it worked fine and then the problems started.
After 10 to 15 mins of working the machine will shut down whether it is on level 1 or 2. We have hardly used it on level 3. We requested for service and since it is under warranty, the motor was changed and then we signed a service contract with them. That was the first and the last time we saw them.
6 months down the line the problems started again. Irritated with the unit, we lodged a complain again last year, the motor was changed for the second time. But for service no one turned up.
For all the buyers contemplating to purchase this product or any other faber chimney in Mumbai, please think twice .
After using it for last 4 years , not a single day the machine has worked properly. It will automatically shutdown after 10 to 15 mins and restart after maybe after sometime.
Chimneys must be robust units and not just for show.
Faber chimney lacks the capability and functionality.
