I recently purchased this treadmill and I am very happy with its fast delivery. This product is really nice and it is definitely worth buying at this price. It is working really well and I am really happy with its performance. Excellent workout equipment that provides value for money. What I loved most about the product was the fact that it looks really rich, has a motor with suffient horse power for runs and the auto incline features which is a must have for serious runners. The installation was done promptly. And another amazing part about the treadmill was the support team which is just a message away on what’s app. They even sent someone to help me some minor questions I had post installation. All in all excellent service.
However here are some pros and cons for your reference:
Pros:
– Value for money. No other machine with auto incline and this specification comes at this price.
– Free installation and excellent service. The support team responds over what’s app. Initially I had purchased a different machine whose pulse meter wasnt working right and they took it back free of cost. Really awesome support.
Cons:
– The machine absolutely must have earthing / grounding without which the entire frame will shock you. I spent additional amount to get the earthing done at my rented house. If you use a two pin plug like an extension cord the machine will run current through its frame. The connection must be grounded for the machine to not shock the frame.
– Loud thumping noise: the machine makes a slightly annoying noise at speeds over 6. It’s a rythemic thumping noise that grows louder as you increase the speed. The support person who visited my house said this is normal for most home treadmills and is because of the belt. He also tested the motor and the sound isn’t coming from it so no issues there. The sound comes only when you are not running and the treadmill is allowed to run without anyone standing on it. Not an issue with me and I have gotten used to the mild thumping noise but something folks should be aware of.
All in all. I have been using it for more than two weeks and it’s the best value for money equipment you can buy out there.
Update: Have had this for many months and I use it on and off. No issues. The thumping noise has almost gone (or maybe I have just gotten used to it).
Also here is a full disclosure item you should be aware of: when and if you rate it five stars they give you extended warranty for another six months or a year, which might explain the high rating of the device on Amazon. I already got that and can reduce my rating now but I am keeping it five because I am genuinely happy with the produce and the support team.

It’s an initial review after just two days of use.
The first impression is excellent. Product was delivered dot on time. I had to cancel my earlier booking at Flipkart as they could not delivered it even after 16 days of waiting. That’s where Amazon is very fast.
I myself completed the installation with the help of my daughter. Even installation assistance is available, however, with extra cost.
The makers are very supportive as I got their call on the day of delivery itself and after installation also.
The product is sturdy and heavy which is very essential. Machine looks huge and impressive. But the machine could be moved with little effort. All the displayed finctions were available and working fine. Walking surface is smooth and support your feets. Auto inclination is working fine. Speed changeover is easy. I am around 75 kg and walking/running area is more than sufficient for my size. Tracking my regular walk man. at 9 km. Absolutely fine. Just a pre-requirement , find a space of 5.5 ft in your home in advance. Overall I am satisfied with first use.

I raised five support tickets for installation. Every single one was closed without resolution. The so-called “support” agent called me randomly once, then disappeared. No callback options, and all their support numbers are either inactive or go nowhere. It’s absurd.
I injured my back but still managed to assemble it myself. One screw was defective (unthreaded) and impossible to find in local stores. I raised another ticket, and guess what? Closed again, without any response. Just disgraceful.
The product has no Bluetooth (despite confusing images), and there’s a tablet holder shown — but good luck fitting any regular device in there. False expectations and zero accountability.
The product itself works well – solid build, powerful motor, and I was drenched in sweat after a 30-minute session, so definitely does the job. The safety key design is thoughtful. But beware: the customer support is a nightmare.
Bottom line: The treadmill is good. But if you expect any form of after-sales support, you’re on your own.
