   I recently purchased the Weighting Scale, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I want to detail my experience in hopes that it will assist both potential buyers and the seller in addressing some critical issues with this product.

   **Initial Impressions:**
   Upon receiving the scale, I was initially impressed with its sleek design and functionality. It was easy to set up and seemed to offer a variety of features that promised accuracy and convenience. The digital display was clear, and the scale appeared to be well-constructed.

   **Usage Experience:**
   After a couple of uses, I began to notice some concerning issues. The first use went smoothly; it accurately measured weights and provided a quick readout. However, by the second use, I experienced significant discrepancies in the readings. I tried recalibrating the scale according to the instructions provided, but it didn’t resolve the problem.

   **Breaking Down:**
   After only two uses, the scale completely stopped functioning. I attempted to replace the batteries, thinking that might solve the issue, but nothing worked. It’s frustrating to invest in a product that breaks down so quickly, especially when it was advertised as durable and reliable.

   **Customer Support Experience:**
   I reached out to customer support to discuss my concerns and request a refund. The response time was decent, but unfortunately, the resolution was not satisfactory. The representative suggested troubleshooting steps that I had already tried. When I asked about the possibility of a refund or replacement, I was told that the warranty only covered specific damages and that my case didn’t qualify.

   **Conclusion:**
   Overall, my experience with the Weighting Scale has been disappointing. The product did not live up to its promises of durability and accuracy. I would not recommend this scale to others, given the issues I faced. I am now left with a broken scale and a frustrating customer service experience.

   Pros:
   Light weight/compact, clear display, decent build quality, economical, easy to use.

   Cons:
   Although it’s power saving setting is good, but it can be really annoying if you have to weigh multiple items (you may need to press it multiple times or wait a little longer between different measurements)
