Delivery was timely. Packing was good. But had issue with “open box delivery process” , the delivery person didn’t unpack the box despite our repeated requests and he told us that a technician will call in 24 hrs and do the installation. In reality this product doesn’t come with a default installation. I had to escalate with Amazon and Amazon promptly provided desired support by assigning a technician on the very next day who did the unpacking, set-up and briefed product usage tips.

Defective product is given and then they say technician will come and fix it. they wont replace , wont refund.
[...]that too after too much following up.. they keep buying 48 hours so that 10 days limit of replacement expires.
when u ask for written mail, one mail is sent from no-reply email id with no phone number, no reference nothing, just some useless plain text which u can not do anything.
social media is the only way to set the expectations!!
