Functionality of the machine fine , but the bottom cover is so cheap a thin plastic sheet, at first it seemed like some packaging material but no it’s an bottom cover , even though for the low price a simple plastic lid would be better.

It’s not a soft closing door as mentioned on the product page. Competitor Brands are offering better or same features at a lower price. Overall quality of the product is okay, for the price but a lower competitive price would have been ideal. Excellent Service, raised the lack of soft door with Amazon and brand technician came for a visit the very next day. Design is also okayish, but the lower rat mesh could have been better. The bottom is pathetic, perfomance wise it seems decent.

Makes a lot noise and the drum stopped working once in the last 2 weeks. I got it 2 weeks before. But the rpm is good. Overall is ok. But i dont like the screeching sound it makes
