Ordered on 16th Jun, delivered on 28th Jun. No one turned up for installation for 13 days despite repeated reminders. They had gone on 4 days holiday for id.
No instructions from Godrej as to you need salt detergent and rinse aid.
I had already read about that so had purchased the starter kit.
The machine can’t be connected to usual tap as there is no adapter provided like in washing machine.
So the man coming for installation did nothing.
So I had to change the tap.
Now after changing the tap no one has turned up for installation. Now it is more than 3 weeks and the machine is lying idle in the house.
No one should buy any equipment from godrej. I shall advice to go for reputed brands like LG Samsung who provide great after sales service.
This is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever got in my 30 years of married life.

The machine purchase, installation and initial experience was quite as expected. But after around 2 months of normal operation, the machine started showing its moods.
[...]Sometimes there would he extremely severe white scaling on the utensils, sometimes even clean utensils would come out dirtier than before.
The customer service persons come to see this almost every fortnight. Sometimes the utensils will be clean and shiny…. Which means the machine does work… But it is not reliable and even the service engineers are unable to figure out the exact problem.

I bought this dishwasher machine on 30 November 2020,after research 1 months, During lock down it became necessity in covid 19.

Godrej company’s after sell service very good As company provides Smart Plug for this machine free of cost.
I strongly recommend to buy this machine As this machine performs very good, as I give this review after @6 month

the machine wasn’t installed for first 30 days even after repeated requests. after the installation the machine had leakage since the day 1, we couldn’t understand why our power trips everytime we start the machine. the technician came in and changed the motherboard, even after that the machine kept shutting off power kept tripping off. we requested for replacement and it isnt done till now… i want my money back…
