I recently purchased a GoPro device online, but I am facing multiple issues during setup and usage.
Installation Issue: I am trying to install my GoPro, but the setup process is not progressing after scanning the QR code. I have also attempted to connect it through the GoPro Quik app, but there is no progress.
[...]Overheating Issue: The device is overheating significantly even though I am using it for less than 15 minutes. It becomes excessively hot, making it uncomfortable to handle.

I ordered the GoPro Hero 13 Black, which was listed at ₹37,990 Model CHDFB-131-AS in the box items – Light Mod, Magnetic Latch Mount, Media Mod, HERO13 Black Camera, Volta (Battery Grip / Tripod / Remote). However, I received a lower-end model CHDHX-131-RW priced at ₹29,780 in the box HERO13 Black Camera, Enduro Battery, Curved Adhesive Holder, Mounting Buckle + Fixing Screw, USB-C Cable.
While the camera itself might be okay, this is a significant error.

Hi,
I recently purchased the GoPro Hero 13. Until now, I haven’t received any additional lenses with the package—could someone please confirm if lenses are included by default or if they need to be purchased separately?
Also, I’ve noticed a couple of issues:
1.The camera heats up quite a bit during usage.
2.The battery drains very quickly, even with minimal use.
Would appreciate if anyone or the seller could clarify whether this is expected or if I might have received a faulty unit. Thanks in advance!
