It’s a good product but for the price I expected a better design. Two main issues –
1) Metal hook slips out, unable to lift suitcase in a secure way because you keep needing to adjust it. It would make more sense to just have the strap only, that you can loop around the luggage handle. Many more secure options than a flimsy hook e.g. velcro strap, or basic clasp.
2) Weight fluctuates a lot even if you hold still. It remains more stable for smaller items below 20 kg, but beyond that point it fluctuates too wildly to get a clear idea of the weight. You can only get an estimate for bigger luggage
Plus point is it’s small and portable, I can carry it with me. Also good to get a basic estimate of luggage fees, better to play it safe and pack lighter than pay excess baggage charges at airport
