The product is good for people who are working from home. Assembly was made by myself as it was very easy if you follow the instructions properly. Don’t buy installation associate by paying 750rs as it can be done by anyone within 30mins. A video guide is also available in YouTube when you scan the QR code given with the product. Comfort is good as the back support is stiff and straight. It has an lever at the bottom to make it loose if we need to tilt the back rest. Height adjustment is also working smoothly. They gave one piston extra as I have shown in the image. Not sure why because only one is needed for installation.
[...]Only small issue I found was the seat is mildly tilted to the left. Like about 5deg with reference to ground level which is a manufacturing issue.
