   We purchased HAFELE dishwasher online from Amazon which was delivered on 22nd August 2020. and got it installed on 25th August without any prior site visit. On 27th August dishwasher stopped working, giving leakage alarm. We raised complaint on the same day. After constant persuasion, a technician was sent on 1st September. He diagnosed water lekage problem. His attitude was very bad as if we have done something wrong with the dishwasher. They opened the whole machine, cleaned the water and salt which was spilled inside. They didn’t tell the reason because they themselves didn’t know why this was happening with the brand new machine. Then they assured us that it will work properly now. We started using it, results were very random. It took different time for same cycle everyday. Utensils were sometimes very clean and shinig, sometimes they were not clean and had white stains. We had adjusted salt settings but no satisfactory results each time.

   In first week of December 2020, we moved the dishwasher to clean the space around it. We saw some water and salt spill on the floor. We checked beneath the machine with hand, there was a leakage from the machine. Again we logged a complaint on 4th December. A technician came on 7th December. He again opened the machine. There was a lot of salt leakage everywhere inside the machine. He didn’t even clean it, just took some photos and informed his senior. When asked can we use the it, he said yes. As soon as he left we started the machine, after 10-15 min machine started giving loud noise. We informed the noise issue to the guy by sending video. No reply from his side. On 8th December morning we had a talk with regional head and requested the replacement of the machine or refund our money. He refused it citing that it’s against company policy and assured us that after replacement of salt chamber, our problem will be resolved. Still we insistant on replacement. After continued follow-up they still said that replacement is not approved from the engineering dept and they can only change the salt chamber. Finally he visited after almost 10 days i.e. on 16th December. Again they opened the whole machine to replace the salt chamber. The salt leakage was so bad that it had entered into few gaps & they got sealed. The situation was so bad that technician was not able to remove the old salt chamber. Now they have taken washer to their service center to replace the salt chamber. They have promised us that they will deliver properly functioning dishwasher back on 18th December.

   Evertime they came, opened the machine, created mess everywhere. In dry balcony, kitchen area and way to the hall due to salt, detergent, water the floor had became so sticky. Took 1 week to clean it and normalized again.

   The appliance has already been opened three times in a 3 months of span by poorly trained technicians, who were unable to rectify the exact problem. We are not sure if the product will function normally even after the spare is replaced .

   The machine has been opened so many times, due to this there are scratches and dents on the outer body. We had lost our intrest in machine and trust in HAFELE. When we said we will not recommend Hafele dishwasher to our near-once, their attitude was like we installed 15-20 machine in your area, we don’t need your recommendation.

   DO NOT BUY Hafele dish washer. It’s waste of your hard earned money. They are very unprofessional, rude and poor in providing after sales service, resolving customer’s problems. They don’t care about their clients after sell. They can only fool us.

   We had purchased this machine for our peace of mind but the only thing this machine has managed to do properly is take away our peace of mind.

   Its super convenient and easy to use. Its cleaned everything we’ve put in it perfectly. It’ll take some time to get used to how to arrange the dishes inside, but after that its almost no effort. It’ll make you wonder why you never bought one before this.

   Been using for past 3 weeks no issues. The technician installed it the same day Amazon delivered the product. Ofcourse I had to call customer service and ask for installation. Few things that Amazon advertised but not part of the product such as child lock and auto resume. Child lock is available but only for the control panel while you will still be able to open the machine while it’s running. Another feature that isn’t available but advertised is auto resume after a power outage however that doesn’t work and it will restart the machine from the scratch. The build quality seems good. I got it for my mother and she is happy with the 30 minutes quick wash program. However tea and milk pans will need eco or intensive kadhai which takes more than 3 hours to complete. Overall it’s a good purchase. Before purchasing I had never heard of this brand but when I looked up Google my city had many design centers for hafele and that’s why I purchased this . Due to no stock for Bosch or Siemens I went for this. Please research carefully before investing in dishwasher. I will update this review if any issues. Minus one star as Amazon hasn’t verified the functionality of this before advertising.
   PS it does mention clearly imported from china ;)

   Great performance. Even old utensils came out shining like new and it cleaned old deposits from crevices which are not easily accessible.
   Make sure you pre order the detergent, salt and rinse liquid in advance, dont rely on Haefele service technician to bring it for you (my experience is that he overcharged for inferior products).

   Not suitable for aluminium, plastic or non stick containers, but very good for glass and stainless steel.

   Overall very satisfied with the dishwasher.

   Very sleek looking and easy to use. I have washed kitchen utensils for this week and the results are very good. The installation was a bit difficult because the installer insisted that I had to change the tap. But you can fit an adapter with 3/4 in threads at the end where the dishwasher connector can be screwed on. Cost me Rs 90. The installer just kept saying no. I had to fit the adapter and attach the dw water supply pipe myself. The electricity point should be 15 Amp. The point should be within 1 meter of the machine as the cable is short. Outlet pipe is on the left side at the base. Once all these logistics are taken care of it’s a great pleasure to own this dishwasher

   Extremely satisfied with the dishwasher. Washed utensiles are cleaned to highest standard. Such cleanliness can’t be achieved by hand wash. Very low noise level. No vibration. Nice looking machine can fit in any kitchen. Using for last one month. Installation service was prompt and useful for understanding how to operate the machine. Power consumption 1.3 to 1.5 units per day.😚. Suitable for family of four. Can’t load larg steel thalis.
