Have been using the product for 15 days now, and it’s one of the best water heater in this category. Compact size and water retention time is amazing too. Looks tough..!! Heating knob to control the temperature works perfectly as needed. Recommended product along with longer warranty period.

It is a great geyser, works silently almost no sound at all. I bought 15 litre, but my suggestion is if you are a family of 3 better buy 25 litre one, I feel 15 litre is not sufficient. The water remains hot for 5 to 7 hours but it will be sufficient for one person if you use it after 6 to 7 hours after heating. It takes nearly 25 to 30 minutes to heat the water fully, it has colour changing knob to indicate water is heated. If there was any alarm or sound included indicating to switch off would have been good
