The product came with connecting pipes with plastic bolts that are a mismatch with standard bathroom fittings. Had to purchase separate pipes and spend additionally on plumber.
[...]Also, the installation process was not seamless as the default booking was cancelled by technician, had to rebook.
Post installation, could see dirt marks all over the heater.
All in all, a disappointing first experience, let’s hope the product is worth the money.
