So far it is good. The key highlight is, it is stylish and Havells offers a good warranty period compared to other brands which means they are confident about their durability. Giving five stars now. Let see it after a month or so. It takes more than 15 minutes to heat and there is no heat control unit in this model. I preferred it to avoid so many clutters and spares in my heater.

Havells geysers are best in class. Zero noise in performance. Piping hot water after it completely heats the 15 liter water. It runs 20 mins on average to fully heat the 15 liter water.
Do not pay service installation charges in amazon.
There is thrid party vendor involved, the service amount will goto thrid party.
Instead please reach out authorised Havells service, they charge 350 rs only for installation.
Even few premium Havells geyser comes with zero installation cost from Havells service team.

Seems good at first glance, just one thing, Havells Instanio Prime 15 Litre Storage Water Heater does not contain pipes with it. I thought with the price tag associated, it should be included. Overall looks good and hopefully will serve the purpose as well in the longer run. I had to pay installation charges. Technician said that if purchased offline, no installation charges.
