Product seems to be cool, packaging was nice, just completed with the installation, installation guy was nice, but really disappointed that connecting pipes were not came along with the product and installation is also not free they charged 360 rupees for the installation. since connecting pipes were not included the installation guy charged 130 rs each for 2 pipes.
The box had only the electric heater, clamp and nuts.
Will write another review regarding the performance after few days of use.

Quality of the product is good. Nice working. Gets warm water well. Connection tubes were not included. Installation service was slow. It took six days for installation. Installation service was free because of monsoon offer. Cost of tubes was Rs.310.
