Nice product using it from last 2 days .easy to use . currently I m using finish tablets. After 1 week , will use salt and rinse aid and detergent. Llyod guy take 2 days after registering for demo. But explain everything nicely in detail . Will update after 1 month of usage . Utensils got clean fully m using eco mode it will take 3.30 hrs .

Great product, great build quality, great hygiene cleaning, good customer support and elegant looks. Some people said aluminium utensils are getting black in dishwashers but this product is perfect for all utensils. Upper Curley tray is foldable, middle basket is height adjustable and bottom basket is foldable gives you perfect setting of different sizes of utensils. There are 3 water spay arms two are blades types and one is nozzle type. Smart door closing system feels you lite weight while closing the door. Silent operation and perfect drying. I recommend fortune dishwasher detergent and finish rinse for better result. Go for it if you are looking for budget aspect with all features and standard performance.

Been using it for a couple of months. No hassle so far. Only issue is that utensils are not dry at the end of the cycle. This is due to excessive sweating as a result of the heat inside during washing cycle. Have to keep the door partially open for a couple of hours and then it’s ok. The delay start function comes in handy to manage this situation. Set the start time to 4 am, the cycle is over by the time we wake up. Open the door first thing in the morning and all is well.
Please note, we did not get any installation service. But it is plug and play so had no problem.
At this price it is as good as any of the popular brands.

The media could not be loaded.
1. There is designing issue with the machine. It needs its sprinkler placed correctly.
[...]2. The Soap some times remains unutilised and wash cycle is complete.
3. There should be one option to spray just hot water for 10 min for prewash or some thing, this will increase the wash quality substantially.

[...]क्ट use किया लेकिन I’ve very bad experience, पूरी फैमिली के सामने कभी bad experience हुए मुझे यह कहते हुए बहुत दुख हो रहा की social media इसकी कितनी गलत जानकारी देती है अगर मेरे money refund नही हुई तो में इसको consumer court में लेकर जाऊंगा और सोशल मीडिया पर इसकी सच्चाई उजागर करूंगा अतः सभी मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार से मेरा अनुरोध है इस product को कभी भी ना खरीदें, नहीं तो बहुत उम्मीदें टूट जायेगी और परिवार के सामने हसी के पात्र बन जाओगे

It is good, but it is purely a China factory product with Lloyd label on it. Not to question it’s quality though. It is well built. However the dish racks are not customised for Indian utensils. My mother’s IFB dishwasher did have special bends in the upper rack to fit glasses/cups etc. It is difficult to place them sturdily in this one. The quality of Wash nonetheless is very good. Unlike my IFB dishwasher this one is cleaning the milk utensils quote well too. But yes I do keep it soaked in water and not let it dry.

It worked ok till it lasted. On one fateful day machine stopped working with E4 error. Raised completed 4 months back. Service center is not able to fix the issues. Wrong parts ordered. Fixed, machine work for less than 24 hours.
Service center guys would close the request mentioning “Customer out of station” they have done this atleast 10 time in last 4 months.
Never seen any aftersales with such horrible service. I regret the decision of buying Lloyd.
Now the only way for resolution seems to be to take it up in consumer court.
