Beautiful stainless steel kadai with wooden handles, ideal for gas cooking (not tried on induction). Food does not stick to it, which makes cleaning very very easy. It looks much more cleaner than the regular non-stick cookware. Using since couple of days now, and have been quite satisfied with the product.

Size is good, it has a thick base and the food doesn’t stick to the bottom. Quality wise it is really good with stay cool handle and lid.

– Solid build quality. I have been cooking in this for about a month and had no issues. Please watch a guide on how to use stainless steel utensils if you have been cooking using non-stick surfaces. It is not the same and you’re more likely to burn or ruin your utensil.
– For the weight, I’d say it is a bit on the heavier side. Two wooden handles provide a good grip when moving it or shaking the contents.
– I have not tried putting it in the dishwasher because I know hand washing is better for its longevity.
– It heats up in a decent amount of time, say 2-3 minutes on medium heat over a glass stove. Please be careful with the heat because if it is too hot, it will burn vegetables in a matter of seconds.
Conclusion: I’m giving it 5 stars because it fulfills the purpose I bought it for.

I’m absolutely smitten by how beautiful the Kadai looks; especially with the glass lid with a polished wooden knob to lift it and it is just as good as a cast iron Kadai if not better in some ways when it comes to food preparation.
It being a triply, not only does it spread heat evenly, it does not take much time to heat up to the cooking temperatures which is something cast iron cannot match and it won’t consume lot of gas in tbe process.
Good gets prepared in decent time and it tastes great as well! These are not cheap but as is your health.
