This is my 2nd purchase.First one i bought from an office store. I was so impressed by it after using it for over 6months that i ordered this. Quality is excellent including the handle.Coatings are really non-stick whether we use oil or not. Excellent heat transmission that would save Gas.Usually SIM mode is enough.Best thing is it doesn’t emit any bad smell or bad taste that many other products from various manufactures.
Best use case : Dosa. Whether its crispy Ghee Dosa or Masala Dosa or another including “Thattu Dosa”
We have been long time Prestige users.But their current products were disappointing and waste of money.I don’t know if we were sold duplicate products by the offline store.So i tried Hawkins.
I should say that I’m thoroughly impressed by some of the Hawkins products i bought.Especially their Hawkins Futura line up.I would highly recommend

Reduces oil and doesn’t leaves any stains or scars
The only thing before cleaning is the tava should be left to cool else you will lose the coating
