I found a bend on glass lid , but it closes well ,so not big deal for me . But spending over 2k and getting a defective product is really bad . I request the seller to Please check the product before you send it through Amazon , this is wrong .Other than that the product looks great and classy. Now Im going to take a cutting blair and see if I could fix it lol…

I ordered this pot to make biryani. The problem with this pot is that the lid doesn’t fit properly. It lets out too much steam. As a result, I have stopped cooking in it. Because It loses water way too fast, my dishes end up getting burned and stuck to the bottom of the pan. It’s good to boil rice in. So far I have tried to make “dum” biryani for the fear of rice getting burned. Didn’t expect such bad quality product from Hawkins. Very disappointed

Received the product on Thursday 20Jun24, the lid has minor crack line and there was no wooden spatula with the handi. @customer care, can the lid be replaced and does the package include a spatula?
