Sturdy and strong. This pan comes without lid. Its 22cm in diameter and wide enough.

For the price this pan is ideal given its size even without the lid.

The 22cm pan is actually 24cm in size, which was a bit surprising. If you know how to use a stainless steel pan, this will be a heavenly experience, and you’ll likely give it 5 stars. However, if you don’t, it can feel like a nightmare, as everything will stick.
Pro Tip: HEAT THE PAN PROPERLY before adding oil and food for the best results. Once you get the technique right, this pan works beautifully!
