I feel like you get quite a lot considering what you pay, but compared to other similar supplements, effects are much slower and I found after a 2 weeks of use I’m finally noticing results, my skin feels much softer and I feel more calm.
I feel sad far less, however I get frustrated much more easily, but I’m not sure if that’s due to the supplements.
