The material was delivered on 06-12-2020. Today is 29-12-2020. While working the knob breaks. I can’t use it now. I don’t know whether it would be rectified or not?
[...]Now on 08-01-2021 I can tell, the technician came, rectified the item and it is now working. I paid for the Knob, they did not take service charge. I improve the star from 1 to 3. It is now OK
