I’m seriously fed up with Hindware’s customer service antics! 😡 No matter how many times I call or message, their team just can’t seem to get it together. And get this – my product is still under warranty!
Let’s go over this mess: I complained on July 16th, Case No – KARYG16DL0013. Can you believe they ignored me and closed the case without even asking? Then, on July 28th, my second attempt, Case No – KARCYG22DL0019, was also closed without solving the problem. But surprise, surprise – the issue is far from fixed.
Hold on, it gets worse: On July 29th, I gave it another shot, with Case No – KARCYH16DL0023. Get ready for the next episode of Hindware’s spectacularly awful service! 😤
I’ve had enough. I’m demanding IMMEDIATE action. If this keeps up, I won’t hesitate to take Hindware to court and spread the word on social media. Buckle up, Hindware – your reputation is about to take a hit. 📢
