Received 21 packets (21×5=105pc) instead of 24 packets(120pc). As per the quality concern it’s good but very little lubrication and feels a bit tight. But it’s OK, I mean what you except from a ₹1 condom. If you have a tight budget with everyday needs then go for it.

I understand they are subsidised product for public health benefit but no point making the quality so poor that it cant serve the purpose. They are small and extremely tight on girth.
