If you want to try an inexpensive Binocular or gift to a kid to gauge his interest before plunging to make the big buy, this is a good product. Do not buy this for anything other than that. This is not going to hold on for your outdoor activities like hiking etc as its a fragile piece of glass and will not survive a hard fall.
Packaging and product condition received was new and of “Comet” brand. Quality is okay for a < 500/- product. One star removed because the left and right focus were not similarly bright. Zoom is good and objects are reasonably clear.
