The tablet is just Okay. Don’t expect too much from it. If you plan on doing some heavy work on it then don’t go for this one as I bought it only to read E-books. Display is alright and same with the performance. Battery is something quite disappointing, it takes atleast 3.5-4 hours to fully charge with an average battery life of about 7-8 hours maximum, depending on the usage it could drain a lot faster. So overall it is an okay tablet for this price range so if you don’t plan on doing much on it then you can definitely consider it.

I must give this tab a 4.5 star rating as this tab is good look wise, durable, good battery life and screen size is great.. personally speaking this tab is underrated, this has to be in top tablets in the market..

I am sharing my sad story here.
The tablet worked well for 14 days. Then the display is blank with mild light. Factory reset and other options didn’t work. The worst part is no proper service centers for tablet.
The only service center is Bozlun service India in uttarpradesh. The Google reviews for this service center is just 2.5 stars. My experience is terribly bad with this low rating service center. They asked me to send the tablet for service and I sent it. After nearly one month later they returned the tablet with same problem unresolved. And they claim it’s a new replacement device. But there is no proof for their claim that it’s new. Then they say the problem is due to the charger and asked me to buy a new charger, take video and send it. And I bought a new charger (waste of money) and device never worked. They’re asking me to resend the tablet again. No one in the service center have technical expertise and they don’t know what’s the exact charger for this device.
The major problem about this product is the Amazon website or the honor website do not recommend a specific charger for this device. You all can see it yourself for proof.
At last with no belief in quality of product or service center I complained in NCH and ready to legally battle with them to get my money back.
All of you rethink before buying this product.
