Mr. Kamalakanta Nayak –
Do not buy it.. in less than a year it has stopped giving Magic OS upgrade. It runs Magic OS 7.1 which is built on Android 13 and no longer supported by corporate applications in IBM. I read that Honor will not provide any Magic OS 8 upgrade for this device which makes it useless. My warranty is valid till September 2025 but I’m unable to see any option in Amazon app or website regarding help to get manufacturer’s warranty.

I’ve been using the Honor Pad X9 for a year and I’m really happy with it. The 11.5″ 2K display is bright and smooth, and the six speakers give an amazing audio experience for watching videos and listening to music.
It handles daily tasks like browsing, YouTube, reading, and note-taking smoothly. Just don’t expect high-end gaming performance. Battery life is excellent, lasting me a full day easily. Charging is a bit slow, though.
Build quality is premium with a slim metal body. I recommend going for the LTE version if you need SIM support and extra storage via microSD.
Pros:
✔️ Big 2K screen with good brightness
✔️ Loud and clear speakers (6 total)
✔️ Sleek and lightweight design
✔️ Great battery life
✔️ Clean software, no bloat
Cons:
❌ Not for heavy gaming
❌ Slow charging
❌ Cameras are just basic
Final Verdict:
[...]A fantastic choice for students, casual users, or anyone wanting a stylish, feature-packed tablet without spending too much.

According to the Price of 14999,
[...]the product is absolutely worth the price tag. A big 11.5 inch OLED display with 120hz pure refresh rate is not great but Amazing. It works fine with Stylus but Palm Rejection is not available here. Mild Heavy Tasking is good with this.
Battery lasts upto 8-9 hours with continuous Heavy and can last upto 22-24 hours with Regular usage. Design is pretty with a free flip cover. Afterall, if you wanna use it for Study and Entertainment, Go for it..🤍

Using It For A Week.Good For Photo & Video Editing ( Obviously Casual Apps ) .I Haven’t tried Game much but it can handle it too.display is good ,day to day apps are running well. I Am Missing Fingerprint.Connectivity is really good.As it 12.1 inch display media consumption will be a great treat with it. One thing audio output is not so good ,You have to use it with a Bluetooth speaker.U have to find proper screen protector.you have to handle it with care.
[...]Design is good ,light waight, sturdy design.overall good product with little flaws.

I recently purchased the Honor Pad X9 after debating between it, the Redmi Pad, and the Redmi Pad SE. All three were similarly priced, but I chose the Honor Pad X9 for three main reasons: its big display, the inclusion of six speakers (despite not having Dolby Atmos), and its reportedly smooth software performance. My primary use is media consumption, and so far, I’m pleased with my decision.
Key Features:
1. Big Display: The large screen makes media consumption a joy. The colors are vibrant and make watching videos an immersive experience.
2. Six Speakers: While the speakers are good, they are not as loud as I would have liked. However, they provide a decent audio experience, and the sound quality is clear.
3. Smooth Software Performance: As reviewed by various sources, the software is smooth with no noticeable lag, which is a significant plus for casual browsing, checking emails, listening to music, and watching videos.
***Comparison with Realme Pad***
My wife uses a Realme Pad, and while it performs well with no issues, the Honor Pad X9 has a few distinct advantages:
Sound Quality: The Realme Pad has better sound quality compared to the Honor Pad X9. The Honor’s speakers, while good, could be louder.
Display Quality: The Honor Pad X9’s display is more vibrant, making it better suited for media consumption.
Pros:
Media Consumption: The large display and vibrant colors make it excellent for watching YouTube and movies.
Performance: No lag has been noticed in my week of usage. It handles casual browsing and email checking smoothly.
Price: I purchased it during a sale for ₹14,000, which I consider a great deal for the features offered.
Cons:
Sharpness: The screen sharpness is slightly lacking, which might be noticeable in certain content.
No Charger
For the price point, the Honor Pad X9 is a solid choice, especially for media consumption. While it has a few drawbacks, such as screen sharpness & no charger inside the box, these are minor compared to its overall performance and display quality. I can’t comment on its gaming capabilities, as I don’t play games on it, but for my needs, it has been an excellent purchase.

An excellent tablet with reasonable price with lots of features, very convenient to carry, offers quick browsing, most notable feature is split screen option which I found very useful to me. Amazing 6 speakers with clear and loud sound made me happy. Can perform office tasks like word , excel etc. Only one demerit I found is the non supply of charger adapter in the box. Only cable is included excl plug socket. Above all in my opinion this tablet is very amazing. In my opinion 4 GB of Ram with this tab is enough for office applications – for browsing, downloading files , viewing two or more apps creates no problem. Another plus point would have been if there had been a sim card slot so that without wifi internet connection could be made.
