Laptop is very nice. Battery life is about 8 hours which is good. Display is very nice. Keyboard is also good. All is well.

I’ve been using this laptop for a week now, and while it has some good features, there are major drawbacks that impact the overall experience.
Pros:
**Good storage space & specs** – Handles Python coding and medium gaming fairly well.
**Touchscreen & display** – The screen quality is decent, making for a smooth visual experience.
**Battery backup** – Lasts around 7-8 hours, which is reasonable for day-to-day usage.
Cons:
[...]**Keyboard is terrible** – The rubber keys are of very low quality, making typing difficult. The layout is congested, adding to the discomfort.
**Plastic build feels cheap** – No premium feel in this budget range. The overall construction is average.
**Speaker placement & quality** – Located at the back, and the sound quality is subpar, which impacts audio and calls.
**AI feature not noticeable** – In its nascent stage, doesn’t feel much different compared to a non-AI laptop.

Really satisfied with the product. Some of the users have flagged that the warranty start date is March 29,2025 which is the case for me as well but that isn’t unusual. HP considers warranty start date as the date of manufacturing but it isn’t anything to worry as the actual warranty date starts with the date mentioned on the invoice and plus you can get it changed on the support site by raising a ticket and providing the invoice. They will change the warranty date to the date of purchase from back end.

Quality:
The build quality is very good with metal body. Thin and light future proof laptop.It also has camara shutter. The picture quality is very good.
Weight:
It is a light weight laptop strong build quality.Go for it you wont be disappointed.
Value for money:
I bought it for 62k with card discount and exchange of my 10 yr old i3 laptop.

Pros:Excellent build quality, Integration of AI features is well, fast charging option with USB type c charging dock,16 inch big display with touch, touchpad sensitivity is good and comes with inbuilt gestures, webcam video quality appropriate, Ryzen 7 350 AI processor outperforms snapdragon x elite and Intel ultra 7 AI in terms of NPU processing
[...]Cons: Battery backup is roughly 6 hours with full brightness,full volume,5g zoom calls, touchscreen only provides basic functionality so don’t expect smartphone like performance i.e: gestures and better accuracy, speakers are moderately loud, storage options could have been better 512 GB is kinda less, software subscription for antivirus and microsoft home is for limited time period only.
Overall: Great device for multitasking, speedy performance, AI integrated tasks, Local device AI models so you don’t need net connection to perform AI tasks. Don’t buy this if you are a heavy gamer , heavy Audio video editing and if you are looking for a battery that lasts for 3-4 days with minimum use.

I purchased hp omnibook 5 laptop wherein issue started with showing 3 months less warranty, purchased on 15th July, warranty was started by 31st March 2025. I connected with Hp CC for this where in I came to know the warranty slip is missing with correct serial number of laptop and asked to get correct bills of proofs where Amazon denied providing same and hence results in return of the product.
