It is nice product. I am having service center at my place so I decided to go for it. Wash program I don’t understand bcz in user manual book they didn’t explain that much and I don’t find that much demo video in ytube .but OK. I am learning to understand. Price is so good. If you don’t have issues with price go for higher model. I kept housemaid so when she took leave I plan to use it so I bought this model. I think maintance is less bcz no digital panel. Vessel washing is good. Prewash is I can’t find in this so I use to just wash with running water and then I used machine. Go for it if you don’t want more program and problem also to select 👌👌👌👌Buying coast and Plumber, Electrician labor charge l spend nearly 35000 rs bcz I don’t have options for machine at home. So I feel think all this and choose machine. Amazon give me lowest price I pay for it only 27480 RS delivery within two days in Lockdown

Good products, cleans the utensils greatly. Power consumption and water consumption is not more. Dishwasher powder, salt and rinse aid have to use from IFB to get good results. No need to buy frequently all these prefer, salt and rinse aid, I bought once and using more than one and half month now.
[...]Overall it’s a good product to reduce your work, not recommended for heavily soiled utensils like oiled and biriyani tawa, those things we have to clean.

The dishwasher is fine. There is no Display to notify the remaining time of washing programs. But this is ok for this price segment. I bought this for 29100. There are totally 5 programs. 50 mins program finishes the cycle with less than 1 hour as mentioned. All other 4 programs takes more than 2.5/3 hrs but still there is no difference in washing compared to 50 mins program. I’d consider it as a toy which was kept for name sake. Installation person came the next day and he was totally unaware of the functions. I had to check online and user manual to know about the functions. It only washes the dishes decently but not very clean. Whatsoever a little prewash is required to clean heavy soiled dishes. Will not remove heavy stains as it has to be washed with your hands. Not recommended for aluminum but still can be used. Washes with hot waster upto 80 degree. Also makes all the dishes dry almost 95%. A little white substanced dirt is still visible in few big dishes even after correct usage of accessories like detergent rinse aid and salt. Worth buying this for the family that has 4-6 people. My overall rates would be 7 out of 10.

1. No trolley avbl with IFB. They try to sell you trolley of Washing Machines.
2. The dishwasher has stopped working 3-4 times in an year.
3. IFB service response is pathetic. Technicians turn up after a delay of 5-7 days.
4. Call center not able to register complaint as server is always down.
5. If you are able to register complaint, you will receive a call from technician from a different city altogether.
6. Though call center will assure for a call back within half an hour, but no one is ever going to call you back.
7. Finally you have to pay for repairs even when product is in warranty period. Worst experience.

Works fine. But ifb service sucks. It took 6 months to get my previous machine serviced in Bangalore and now this model is lying unused for 6 months in a semi rural area. Furthermore, ifb discontinued this model and although it is less than 10 years since purchase, can’t get new parts. Better to go with indian brands.

I had purchased above dishwasher last week and it was installed by IFB Technician. Pls be careful of these technicians. He fitted following chargeable accessories with an assurance to give a IFB invoice later on –
Eco Crystal Aqua Merit filter – Rs. 1850
Trolley for the machine – Rs. 1500
Descal powder – 2 packets X Rs. 150
Total he charged me Rs. 3650.
He insisted me to buy these items. Now , inspite of my repeated calls to him he is not giving IFB invoice for the items he fitted while installing the machine. The above filter and the trolley are available on Amazon around Rs. 600-700. Since these items are not IFB products, the technician is giving false assurances as he is unable to give a bill to me. This is a clear case of cheating on the part of the said technician. So please be careful when a technician visits you for installation of a machine .

when the west had dishwashers it was a myth that it will not be suitable for Indian cooking vessels, and even if you had you have to rinse once and then load into the dishwasher.
After buying this i was totally wrong, all you need to make sure is there are no left overs in the vessel just load them in the dishwasher and choose the program the job is all well done. I for sure will recommend it to who all are browsing or thinking of a buying a dishwasher

It took off our 95% load of washing utensils. IFB service was also very fast for installation. Got it installed on the same day as delivery. The only issue with IFB service was that it’s service man was more interested in selling me accessories and extended warranty. Some utensils will need a bit of scrubbing but no complaints at all. Dishwasher does its job very well.
