IFB has the worst after sales support ever.
[...]Believe me when in writing this I have spoken to so many managers regarding my dishwasher it’s been 6 months!!!! The machine has stopped working and the service manager everyone has stopped responding to my messages and calls
It’s been a literal waste of money of 30k
I am regretting my decision with IFB
I have all the un responded mails and un responded texts in my gallery I can prove the service is useless.

I ordered this product with visible deny in left side. I’ve contacted customer service and they have initiated the return as the product is not available to my pin code. I’ve ordered new product and am able to do it for same pin code. Not sure why they didn’t accept my request for replacement. Expecting the refund amount and the 2nd order with good quality..

It works fine with daily utensils. Ghee and heavy oily utensils are not being cleaned by this machine. I tried with 60c temp wash but ghee was still there on the bowl. For 5-6 persons it’s perfectly fine…R
