IFB DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT , I HAD AN UNFORTUNATE CONDITION THAT RATS BITE THE WIRES OF MY DISHWASHER.IFB AJENT VISITED OUR PLACE FOR SERVICING BUT ISSUE WASNT RESOLVED RATHER INCREASED BY HIS SERVICING, HE EVEN TOOK A PART OF THE MACHINE SAID THAT IT NEEDS REPLACEMENT BUT NEVER RETURNED..NOR FOR REPAIRING NEITHER FOR REPLACEMENT. So my dishwasher is now sitting idle in the corner…EVEN AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND QUERIES THERE WAS NO BACKEND SUPPORT NO SERVICE NO CUSTOMER HANDLING…MACHINE WAS GOOD UNTIL THE DAY I USED IT BUT THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE SUPPORT DESTROYED MY TRUST IN THIS COMPANY,BRAND.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the IFB dishwasher I recently purchased. Although the installation was completed on a Monday, problems began as early as the following day. The dishwasher failed to clean dishes properly, left visible liquid marks, and dishes remained wet—even after running both the 1-hour and 3-hour wash cycles.
An IFB service technician visited on Thursday and attributed the issue to incorrect settings during installation. He adjusted the settings and assured us that the problem would not recur. Unfortunately, the same cleaning and drying issues resurfaced the very next day.
By Saturday, the dishwasher started making unusual noises. We contacted IFB service again, and a different technician visited. He diagnosed it as a shaft noise issue but did not perform any repairs.
Due to the recurring problems and lack of effective resolution, we escalated the issue to Amazon. While IFB did not conduct any further inspection, Amazon promptly accepted the return request and processed the return as per the scheduled timeline.
The dishwasher only functioned correctly during two wash cycles—both conducted by the service technician using already cleaned dishes for testing purposes. Additionally, we had purchased IFB’s recommended liquid detergent and used it along with dishwasher salt, as instructed during installation. These extra expenses, amounting to approximately ₹2,000–₹3,000, also went to waste due to the product’s failure.
Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing experience, both in terms of product performance and after-sales service.

Absolutely satisfied with this product!
We recently purchased it during the Amazon Big Day Sale, and I must say—it’s worth the wait! I had been planning to buy this for over 3 years, and now I wish I had done it sooner. Back then, the price was around ₹35,000 for the 14-place model, but it has slightly increased now.
This is one of the best appliances to have at home, especially for homemakers or working individuals. It cleans and dries utensils thoroughly—no water marks or dust left behind. Truly amazing!
The delivery and service were smooth—an IFB technician came the very next day for installation. However, there were a few surprise costs that aren’t clearly mentioned in the product listing:
1. Filter
2. Pipe connectors
3. Stabilizer
4. Dishwasher salts and cleaning liquids
In addition, you’ll need to prepare a proper space with a water inlet, wastewater outlet, and power socket. Depending on your city and technician charges, these setup costs can range from ₹10,000–₹15,000. For us, it was around ₹15,000.
That said, once it’s installed, it’s a total game changer. Peace of mind and spotless dishes—highly recommended!

I am returning this product. During installation, I was advised to purchase IFB products like rinse aid, filters, and tablets worth ₹12,000 — that’s nearly one-fourth the cost of the dishwasher itself! I never expected this from IFB or Amazon.
