I purchased the IFB 241L 3 Star Inverter Double Door Refrigerator (Model: IFBFF-2913DBSE) with high expectations based on the brand reputation. However, I’ve been extremely disappointed with its performance. Since day one, the second door compartment (presumably the fridge section) is not cooling properly, making it practically unusable for storing everyday essentials.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to IFB service, there has been no response or resolution provided to date. This kind of after-sales negligence is unacceptable, especially for a product in this price range.
I sincerely hope IFB addresses this issue urgently and improves both product quality checks and customer service responsiveness.

The fridge build quality is Top Notch and as of now the performance is also best. The fridge is noiseless. Go for it.

Delivered in good condition. Giving a rating of 3 because it had some marks of thermocol which is also not going with colin, as prescribed by service agent and lamination is also removed so has to live with those marks for sometime until it is faded with time.
[...]Amazing performance, proper cooling, value for money as it has Auto sense feature to detect the required cooling. You can lock the fridge which is not an option in Samsung
