On first inspect looks good, haven’t used much but will be using for reheating commonly so don’t have huge expectations. Slight observation is build quality is not as good as my previous 8yr old microwave although I do understand at this price point some cost cutting will need to be done, but at 5.8K it’s a great deal without any complaints. The glass was given inside the microwave with packaging and taped to restrict movement. A user manual was also present in box with details and many recipes (only text, no images). Looking forward to using it.

The product was functioning well for 3 months. The rotating motor failed. Customer service is useless. Oven is under repair for more than 2 months now. They should be removed from their jobs. They are unfit to be called technicians.
