DELHIVERY GUYS: The product has already reach my city Shillong on 27th Feb already but got no call from Delhivery guys. Yesterday in the morning they gave me delivery OTP which was never useful as no call comes from them. Instead the message that delivery was fail and attempts made again was what I got. It was intentionally done to show it failed as it was a heavy piece of item to get it done easily. So I used some connections to find out the item and found out after several calls that it was in their office. I had found out from call logs in the exchange enquiry from friends that no attempts were made to call my number at all. So today I went down there and spent 600 bucks to bring it home finally. I am unable to thank enough how these delivery agents were very unprofessional and time wasting.
[...]ABOUT THE PRODUCT REACHING ME: When I bought this item I was very happy as my family and friends got this brand praise it very much too. So I bought it together with a fridge of the same brand IFB as positive feedback were seen. Today half of the day was spent to fit it and to dig out how to use the machine. Youtube reference and manuals were almost useless as the item (DIVA 6xN)is little advance compared to its old predecessors. This one is fully touch screen operated and has no old knob. After around 4 hours of frustration i finally make it work as it should be. This little piece of metal is really thing to get busy with. I did this because I know nobody will come. As per this purchase in Amazon it was attached with free delivery,free service and installation who were supposed to come within 24 hours. But where are they?! I am seriously wondering to whom the IFB people should direct to my home and install the unit? Or is the IFB people really informed about the delivery? May be i should believed it if it was promptly delivered to me without my intervention or if I got a courtesy call atleast acknowledging my buying of this item.
ABOUT THE ITEM: It looks good as heard. The design is not bad. The AI looks easy to become to get used to it. It looks very sturdy and promissing. i installed it and used it with nobody instructing me but it works. I test washed some clothes in different modes and found it good. Over all its a product to go with.
CONCLUSION: It would be wise NOT TO BUY ONLINE as local people are reluctant to service it maybe it is not from their shop or non of their business. I heard IFB service all over india is not bad but had not met yet or heard anyone till date from their company.
I would recommend the product to friends but would advice them to look for good service first. I bought alone and learnt alone. It is little different from the other company i had bought from but sincerely hope the product wouldn’t let me down atleast.

After 6 months of use i am writing this review the wash quality good and the time taking for wash was little bit high and the main disadvantage is noise it was little bit high other than that it was good if noise was low it would be good .

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the appalling quality of service and product I have encountered with IFB. On 11.10.2024, I purchased an IFB 6kg DIVA AQUA GS 6010 washing machine through Amazon India. This decision was influenced by my previous experience with an IFB Elena model, which served me for 14 years. However, the current product has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From the very first use, the machine exhibited excessive vibrations. Despite attempting to stabilize it with leg support, the machine stalled completely. I promptly registered a complaint, yet, to my utter frustration, the issue remains unresolved to this day. This prolonged inaction has forced my family to endure the inconvenience of manual laundry during significant family events—a situation that is both unacceptable and disgraceful for a company of your purported stature.
It is beyond comprehension that a brand like IFB would subject its customers to such negligence. The blatant disregard for timely service and customer satisfaction is evident. I am left questioning whether purchasing your product online has led to this discriminatory treatment. Had I chosen an offline purchase, would my grievances have been addressed with the urgency they warrant?
I demand immediate and effective action to rectify this situation. Should there be any further delay or inadequate response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and consumer forums. I expect a prompt resolution to restore the functionality of the washing machine or a complete replacement if necessary.
