I got this for ₹23,000 during the Big Billion Day sale with coupon and card offers. This washing machine is very heavy and hard to move around, so fix it properly in the correct location during installation. The washing is good compared to top-load machines. The wash time is a little longer—about 1 hour 30 minutes for a normal wash, and the quick wash is about 20 minutes. Liquid detergent should be used for optimal washing; using powder will cause powder stains in the tray and sometimes on clothes as well. The spinning cycle is a little louder than normal. The stand’s price is high and ridiculous, in my opinion, but it’s good for keeping the washing machine stable. Regarding the MCB, they will try to convince you to buy one. If you have a new home with an MCB, a separate IFB MCB is unnecessary. In my case, it’s an older home, so I had to buy it. They charged approximately ₹4,000 for the stand and MCB. Good Washing Machine, But 30-Minute Cycle Needs Improvement.
I have been using this IFB washing machine from September 2024, and overall, it works well in most washing cycles. However, I noticed an issue with the 30-minute quick wash cycle.
✅ Pros:
✔️ Cleans clothes efficiently in other cycles
✔️ Energy-efficient and water-saving
✔️ Good build quality
❌ Cons (Only in 30-Minute Cycle):
❌ Machine makes loud noise and shakes excessively
❌ High spin speed might be causing imbalance
❌ Uneven load handling is poor in this mode
Other washing cycles work smoothly without any issues. This problem seems specific to the quick wash setting. I tried adjusting the load and reducing the spin speed, but the issue persists. IFB should look into this and provide a software update or a fix.
Overall, it’s a good washing machine, but the 30-minute cycle needs improvement.

Review after the first day of delivery
Over all delivery exiperience is not so great as the delivery guy refused to deliver the product at the door step which is at 3rd floor.
Product seems to be in good condition ( prima facie ). The instalation from IFB was also quick , within 3 hours of delivery that too on a sunday.
What i didnt like: Installtion guy came with 11k worth of additional products and was trying his level best to push it on me claiming silly reasons
Though all the below products could be useful, the specific IFB recomended products seems to be very expensive compared to the other brands from Amazon
1) IFB washing machine stand – He was trying to sell a 2k stand claiming , other stands wont withstand the washing machine speed.
2) Hard water filter – 2.6k worth hard water filter, which he convinced me to buy claiming heavy hard water presence.
3) Cover – 750 bucks
4) Detergent – 360 bucks
6) Stabilizer – He tried hard to sell me this 3.6k woth stabilized. Had been using various washing machines since years and had never used a stabilizer
7) Washing machine cleaning sachets – 2000 bucks for a pack of 10 sachets.
