I dont know about the mileage change but definitely the engire smoothness and pick up is change, vibration also reduces. Its a good product mainly for old car.

I have a 7 year old Ford Ecosport Petrol 1.5L 4cyl (ti vct). This product definitely reduced the engine roughness. Engine refinement has improved during idle. But I didn’t notice any improvement in mileage though. May be it could have been a fraction.
