The worst product ever I purchased on Amazon. It never got connected to wifi. And there is no option to return it. Customer care never responded. I wish I could give a negative star.

I purchased the I Kall tablet expecting decent performance for basic use, but unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. The device hangs frequently, even during simple tasks like browsing or opening basic apps. It becomes unresponsive often, making it extremely difficult to work or study effectively.
I tried restarting, clearing the cache, and limiting background apps, but nothing seems to improve the performance. It feels slow and overloaded right from the start.
It is unfortunate that I have to give a one-star rating, and my apologies to the seller, but this product is simply not working as expected. I hope the company looks into these issues and takes steps to improve the quality of future devices.
