I purchased the Ionix whole house water filter with the intention of improving my home water quality. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. After getting it professionally installed, the filter started leaking badly and could not withstand the water pressure. I had no choice but to disconnect it to prevent further damage.
The product either has a design flaw or is not suited for regular household pressure unless used with additional equipment like a pressure regulator (which wasn’t mentioned clearly in the description). For a product meant for whole house use, it should be able to handle basic water line pressure.
This was a complete waste of time and money for me. I would not recommend this product unless you’re absolutely sure it matches your system’s pressure requirements.

this filter work very well ,and build quality of filter and all things are good ,installation of filter is very easy ,it improves the quality of water , antiscaling balls are help to reduce the limescaling on faucets at end product are value for money

The product appeared good but once we began installation a very serious design flaw was noticed.
[...]The filter element does not seat in the bowl and there is large gap between the filter element outlet and seating in the bowl outlet head. This is easily seen prior to installation itself – when filter element is placed in the bowl and head is tightened , you can see that the filter is shaking freely and there is a large gap between the element outlet and head. Due to this flaw, unfiltered water will mix in the outlet.
WE HAD TO PERFORM A MODIFICATION BY INTRODUCING A COUPLING WITHIN THE BOWL HEAD.
This should have been identified by the manufacturer at design stage itself.

The media could not be loaded.
It’s good but panel is not so bright. Sometimes gives inaccurate reading. Overall it’s ok. They also give pH Indicator solution .

I bought this product in September 2019 and within 3 months it has showing abrupt figure/reading, for pure and tap water it showing _ _ _ _ X 10 means the ppm it has detected is more than 9999 and unable to display. It’s calibration is lost and can’t be re-callibrated. So after 3 months this device is useless.
