Using this for a few months now in Bangalore. We get a mix of bore and tanker water and the clothes were coming out unclean from the wash. The filter has been pretty helpful and performs well. You do need to replace the cartridge from time to time depending on how bad the water quality is – my filter turned completely brown in a couple of months but the replacement cartridges are easily available.

Where I stay, is a Govt Quarters and the supply water is very hard. I am using 2filers one for geyser and another for washing machine and recently purchased the cartridges for them. They are working well. The cartridges filter the particles from the water as well as the balls inside it soften the water to increase the life of machine. Thanks

otherwise frequent change of cartridge is needed, becuse the filter is accumulated with sediments and the speed of water is reducing.
Blue elbow quality can also be improved.

Had ordered this filter for my washing machine since we are having bore water. The product was easy to install following the video instructions. If there are any leakages, it can be fixed/closed with usage of Teflon tapes. The filters remove fine dirt particles and other small particles which come along. The softening balls helps with softening water. Over course of usage in last 4-6 weeks observing the filter color changing from white to light brown color due to water filtration. Overall a good usable/essential product.

There are many washing machine filters available in the market but are way too expensive.. If the water ppm values are high then the expensive filters will be done in a week and the replacement cartridges are expensive too. Keeping all those factors in mind this is a perfect filter for me. Though I have to change cartridges very frequently they don’t burn your pockets and it’s a fairly simple to install and change.. I have seen a very marked difference in the cloth wash quality after using this filter. It obviously adds to the washing machines service life..
