The product is way better than others in the market such as Konvio etc. It is heavy and can be installed easily. My slab was thick but the screw length was more than sufficient to incorporate that thickness. Could not find a better product even on Amazon

The media could not be loaded.
Ionix is a useless company with 3rd class products and much worse customer service.
[...]Bought this filter like 3-4 months back. Total waste of money and absolute worst quality.
First the connecters broke off within 2 days because Ionix provided plastic connectors. Replaced those with metal ones for 600 rs.
2 months later the iron filter started leaking from the base and eventually became unusable, had to replace those by running after Ionix for 2 weeks and sending them hundreds of texts and calls.
1 month after this, the sediment filter burst and the base came off in 2 pieces.
I tried contacting them but due to useless customer service I gave up. Took it off and threw into the gatbage bin. Total waste of money and time. Plz save yourself from this pain and don’t buy this.
