Product is nice, it will last for long as well. But I need some accesories to maintain it better and increase the product lifespan. Finding a Replacement ear cushion for Jabra products is a challenge. Iam not able to find compatible ear cushions for this headset. Those will be damaged soon due to sweat and long usage. A hard protective case to carry it while going to office should be a great add on. I broke my previous Jabra headset and I happen to purchase this one. Iam coming back to Jabra for only one reason. Call quality is excellent and mic performance is really nice.

I have been trying to find suitable UC or Teams certified headsets for my team and already have or tested business headsets like Poly blackwire 3220, Epos SC60, and other headsets.
[...]This new model is by far most cost effective for our mandate of less than 4k headset. Downside is that it’s UC not Teams headset, but noise cancellation can be optimised in MS Teams device setting. It is pretty lightweight and has audio feedback for volume and mute buttons. Though calling button is missing (not a deal breaker). Unlike above INR 4k headset, it completely plastic construction but sturdy build. If budget is a limitation then it is a value for money option, otherwise 5k+ headsets like Jabra evolve 20, Blackwire 3225, etc could be a considered.

I got this headphone at a good deal for 2999 when the Amazon sale was on. I have used Jabra headphones previously, hence I thought this is a good deal to buy one again. Really like the build quality and the overall headphone. Only one drawback I don’t know why, the sound quality doesn’t seem good. Whenever I am on teams calls i cannot hear the other person loud. On my senhiser headphone it’s very clear. Not sure what the problem with this headphone. Otherwise the headphone is overall good.

Das Jabra Evolve 10 reduziert den Funktionsumfang eines herkömmlichen Jabra Evolve-Headsets auf das Wesentliche. Ich nutze beruflich schon länger Headsets aus dem Hause Jabra, aktuell das Jabra Evolve2 65, welches etwa das Vierfache des Jabra Evolve 10 kostet. Als Amazon Produkttester im Vine-Programm habe ich die Möglichkeit, Produkte wie dieses unter realen Bedingungen zu testen und gebe hier meine ehrliche Meinung dazu ab.
Die Klangqualität beim Zuhören und der Klang meiner eigenen Stimme sind auf einem vergleichbaren Niveau. Ein messtechnischer A/B-Vergleich ist mir leider nicht möglich, daher stütze ich mich auf mein Gehör, aber in diesem Punkt erfüllt das Jabra Evolve 10 definitiv seinen Zweck und überzeugt. Die Audioqualität ist klar und störungsfrei, was für mich ein wesentlicher Aspekt eines Headsets ist. Daher kann ich es ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt ist die Mute-Funktion, die schnell und einfach zu bedienen sein muss. Beim Jabra Evolve2 65 und anderen früheren Modellen konnte das Mikrofon einfach durch Drehen des Mikrofonarms stummgeschaltet werden. Dies ist besonders intuitiv und für andere Teilnehmer im Video-Call sofort erkennbar. Das Jabra Evolve 10 bietet eine Lösung über einen leicht erreichbaren Knopf am Kabel. Obwohl dies eine etwas ältere Technik ist, ist sie sehr benutzerfreundlich und nach kurzer Eingewöhnung ebenso praktisch wie die Mikrofonarm-Mute-Funktion.
Bei kabelgebundenen Headsets gibt es leider einen großen Nachteil: Man ist durch das Kabel in der Bewegungsfreiheit eingeschränkt. Besonders im Büroalltag, wo man oft bei Telefonkonferenzen oder Einzelgesprächen auch mal aufstehen und sich bewegen möchte, merkt man diesen Nachteil. Dafür hat das kabelgebundene Headset den Vorteil, dass es nie geladen werden muss. Ein kabelloses Headset kann bei leerem Akku schnell unbrauchbar werden, während man mit dem Jabra Evolve 10 stets einsatzbereit ist. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass eine kurze Ladepause von etwa 5 Minuten während eines Kaffees reicht, um das Headset für den Rest des Tages wieder fit zu machen. Ein echtes Problem stellt der Akku also nicht dar.
Die Verpackung des Jabra Evolve 10 war für mich etwas überraschend: Es war nur in eine dünne Plastikfolie gewickelt und nicht in einem Karton verpackt.
Fazit: Das Jabra Evolve 10 ist eine solide Wahl, besonders für alle, die viel telefonieren oder in Video-Calls sind und ein zuverlässiges, einfach zu bedienendes Headset suchen. Wenn du jedoch oft ein Headset verwendest und größere Flexibilität benötigst, könnte ein kabelloses Modell besser geeignet sein. Dennoch überzeugt die Klangqualität, die Geräuschunterdrückung des Mikrofons und der komfortable Tragekomfort, selbst bei längeren Sitzungen. Der Mikrofonarm lässt sich um 270° drehen, was es für Rechts- und Linksträger gleichermaßen angenehm macht.
Die Plug-and-Play-Verbindung über USB-A ist zudem sehr praktisch, da sie kein technisches Setup erfordert. Wer nach einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht, bekommt mit dem Jabra Evolve 10 ein echtes Schnäppchen für derzeit nur 27,99 €. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die hochwertige Verarbeitung und der Tragekomfort, der auch längere Meetings angenehm macht.
Insgesamt bin ich mit diesem Büro-Headset sehr zufrieden und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist ideal für effizientes Arbeiten, ohne auf Komfort verzichten zu müssen!
