Crap I purchased an adapter so I could use it on a jack plug doesn’t work so I can only use them with the usb plug which are on the headphones. Rubbish idea what good is a pair of headphones you can’t use in multiple devices. Big fat zero. Anyone else buying these headphones should be made aware of this in big letters on the box £34 down drain

Please don’t go for this product and this is Duplicate Product which is being sold at Amazon, JBL is fooling customers and the MRP is 4499/- and Amazon is selling it for Rs.1999/- Pure Cheating by JBL company and also by amazon. Received the product on 23rd July and used it only 4-5 times before the ear cushion detached. Extremely disappointed with the poor build quality — this is not what I expected at this price. The stitching and material around the ear pads are flimsy and not durable at all. For a brand new headset to fall apart so quickly is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this product. It clearly doesn’t meet basic quality standards. Despite being marked as non-refundable, I believe a refund is justified given the defect and short usage.
